The ACE program has Bible- based material. It instills moral values and Biblical principles in the life of each learner. Character traits such as, honesty, kindness and loyalty are taught within the learner and teacher support materials. The learner observes Godly living in the Christian character illustrations and applies these lessons to their own lives. This character training prepares a learner to deal with the joys and challenges of everyday life.

RCCA has an additional monthly character transformation program which not only inspires the learner to live a better life, to make better decisions, and to protect themselves and their reputation with values and ethics; but moreover a tool and a simple method with which to convey values and character. The 7 major character traits focused on are:- Trustworthiness (blue), Responsibility (green), Care (red), Respectful (yellow), Fairness ( orange), Citizenship (purple), Integrity (white).

Character focused interaction between staff and learners happen through daily and weekly devotion periods where principles of life are organised, outlined, illustrated, and discussed in a meaningful way. Learners are also given opportunity to share their faith and special happenings in their lives. Pastors, Church leaders and Church elders will be invited to lead devotion periods from time to time.  Character transformation is also enforced by monthly Bible memory work.

Raising and teaching youngsters of our country is the responsibility of EVERY adult. Therefore we encourage the parents to partner with the school in character training at home. The success of our learners depends on our effectiveness in motivating achievement, training them to take responsibility for their learning and training them in wisdom and character.
